Questions about LGX

First question. When referring to the size of an LGX, is the size the unexpanded length or the expanded length? For example, on Dr Milam's site (http://milamurology.com/patient_informa ... f_erection) he shows two pictures of a non-implanted LGX. The "unexpanded" one measures 18cm, and the "expanded" one measures 21cm. Would this be called an 18cm or a 21cm LGX?

Second question. When implanting a CX or Titan, if the surgeon measures the cavernosa as being a certain size (eg 21cm), then I assume they implant that size. Ok, maybe a few nuances here, but I assume that's the general idea. When implanting an LGX, I assume they do the same measurement. But, what size LGX do they implant? If they measure the cavernosa at 21cm (for example), do they implant an LGX that has an expanded size of 21cm, or an unexpanded size of 21cm, or something in between?
