Just to toss in my two cents on this topic....
For those who still ejaculate and have something come out....
At the age now of 58, so much less than what used to come out.
I take Maca everyday and at least for me that keeps my volume up. Not lots, but at least more than if I don't take it.
It takes a week or so to show. I also take a Horny Goatweed supplement.
Read up on both before taking, there can be side effects.

I doubt there is money in any company developing something that would affect the cowpers gland, or ejaculate.
But if there was such a pill... I would take it.. Just saying :)

Digging into some older posts I came across this. Reminded me of a question I had I forgot to ask uro. When I was younger, laying on my back in bed and jacking off it almost seemed like I could blast a load to the ceiling. Either that or rock a woman's head back giving me a blow job. I went through a 20 plus year ED drought. No prostate issues at all. However, when I did manage to accomplish sex with my wife during this time my cum only dribbled out and it was probably only a fourth of the volume it used to be. I can jack a semi hard on watching porn and observe how much I cum. Pitiful amount, probably less than a teaspoon. Is this a universal age related occurrence? I sure miss the days of spurting out what seemed at times like a never ending amount. I used to live with a woman who literally feasted on my cum 2 or 3 times a day. She said it gave her a great complexion. She'd be a pimply mess now!
Became DaveKell 2.0 on July 18th with Dr. Allen Morey in Dallas, TX. AMS 700 CX implant. 18cm with 5.5 RTE's.

Here are my two cents. A couple years ago I started taking 50mg of zinc per day and magnesium. The magnesium was just to counter the side effects of zinc. But the main thing with zinc, bigger loads. At least that is what I have found. Also, not sure this is the zinc, but I still shoot like a kid, even with a semi....hit my face, over the shoulder. I am 54, so I am still attributing this to zinc.
56. Implanted 8/23/17 by Dr. Kramer. AMS LGX 700 21cm + 2. Developed a leak. Revised to Titan 24cm 5/20/20 by Dr. McGraw in Las Vegas.

I had BHP surgery last December and frankly since i didn't have to take any pills after the operation it was well worth it. However since i started my pills i have stopped ejaculating and on the pills the orgasms were few and far between. Since the surgery i started to mastabate almost daily and the orgasms are getting better and better. At first there was no ejaculate, only the clear fluid you get as precum. The clear fluid started only a drop after orgasm is now several large drops. I feel that a full ejaculation may be in my future, hopefully.

I was concerned about the amount as well, one thing my surgeon told me that I didn't know is that you need to be well hydrated... do you drink lots of water?

I am almost 10 years post RP. I too miss being able to shoot a load, but would be happy just to have a dry orgasm. Orgasms now are nearly nonexistant, or too weak and vague to detect. It's not just a vaginal friction problem because I can't get off by hand either. It's frustrating and I'm not sure what else to do. I'm 73, in good physical shape, and have sex with my wife twice a week, using a vacuum pump for erections. Any suggestions?

Have you had your testosterone levels tested?
