Mike, I would like (and i hope others would too) to hear from you on what, how and when you developed the awful bend shown in the pictures you posted. I remember you chiming in on some floppy head strings then I was surprised to see that in addition you now have a severe bend. I can't understand why the implant won't straighten out. I don't know much about peronies but I think a good deal of the members here have been implanted to correct peronies. did you get your implant to correct peroines? or did the bend happen after the implant. My implant when really pumped up, virually can't be anything but straight?? it would seem to me that this should be the case for you too?

I get that type of bend whenever I deflate partially, but not all the way, and then get dressed. When I return home after work that is what it looks like. However, if I deflate fullt and keep my penis straight up (in very tight briefs) all day it doesn't bend like that. Strange indeed......

so, inflated it is straight. That's good. but were you a peronies patient with some type of bend before implantation, or is this bend a result of the implant? Hopefully with daily full inflations the implant will equalise the cylinder lengths, extend to the glans and be more straight when flacid. I don't know what type of inflation schedule you are on but I think I would switch to at least twice a day for an hour at least, each time. I often inflate after my morning pee and go back to bed for an hour or more, besides still tying to break in, it gives me some of the old morning errection that I don't get anymore naturally. Don't give up hope that time and some effort from you, things might end up on the good side. Mine was a simple case, I just had ed.

Ohhh, now I know what you are talking about. I get that same issue and it does make sense when you think about it. Inside your penis is tubes and they fold when they are fully deflated or partially deflated so if you keep your penis tucked under tight underwear and it is bent over to the left or right all day, how do you think it will look when you release it?

To correct this I just bend my penis in the other direction, inflate as I keep pressure bent on the side I want to straighten and problem solved.

I too think I understand now. Please excuse some of my typing, but I had a really bad day and decided to drink a few 40oz beers for the 1st time in years, so take that into consideration when reading my post.

My titan implant when fully deflated will actually crumple inside of my penis and draw back into my body like a non-implanted penis. When I inflate it will grow about 3". This is not typical for IPPS as I understand it, and mine didn't do that either until I had my revision on the pump (I can't understand how that could affect it, perhaps it's coincidence only). If I deflate mine to a near vacuum in the cylinders, I CAN do the same as dmikesaw. If it bothers me i can simply pump a couple of time (just enough to smooth it out) and it all looks natural. It actually feels like the materiel in the cylinders are getting very soft, and allowing the penis tissue to shrink up. It's not a problem for me as I find it more comfortable sleeping when it's in what I call a vacuum state. Perhaps this isn't as bad as it looks in some of your pictures dmikesaw (I sure hope so). Perhaps a few more pumps and a few less dick splints will get you the same effect. Let us know...

I had a follow up today regarding my revision I'd like to share, but I'll post that in a separate thread. dmikesaw, give this thing some time and it may just turn out to be okay after all. You've go to admit that for those of us with unmet expectations, it sure is a kick in the teeth and crotch for a while.

Good luck, and happy holidays...

No, mine isn't straight when pumped; it still has some curvature to the right, especially the glans/head (the so called SST Concorde effect). The articles I have read indicate this is cause by undersizing the device during the implant procedure.
