I am relatively new on this blog, but would like some input on some of the positions that might better accomodate a guy who like many has gone through prostate surgery and the implant (lgx 700) that has taken a toll on the length of my willy. I am starting out at 4.25 with viagra 4.50 and as some of my fellow members have explained to me that in the next year to eighteen months i can expect more length! i could use a heads up in terms of sexual positions that could maximize what length i have. I tried one suggestion that of a pillow under my wifes butt and this was good advice! if anyone else has any suggestions please share i could use some help in this area Thanks lakeerie

Be careful with any position where she takes control. Shifting the implant around when erect can sometimes tweak the wrong way and really not feel good. Missionary and Doggy style work well...So does spooning position. Practice makes perfect so try new positions and get good at em!

The missionary and so-called 'doggy' approach work, I agree, but that doesn't preclude your partner from her being on top. If she is talented I can't see any reason not to chose this position. Also, the view from you laying on your back watching the performance is something we all enjoy. In my case, my partner is very considerate and if she gets off on it, and, at times, and goes a little nuts. On my end of this I think I can put up with a bit of discomfort, which with her rarely occurs. Talk to her and let her know your concerns. She'll be aware if she gets a bit over active and you say "Whoa, Baby, slow it down some."

I have also been looking for a good position. In our case a pillow under her butt and me standing on the floor and her on the side of the bed works good for us. Our bed is the right height for that position. We are also going to buy a penis extension and give it a try. I believe it will help keep me in her without slipping out and give her some stimulation that she does not have now. I was measured yesterday by the PA in my surgeon's office and I was 5 inches. When first activated back in February I was 4.75 inches. The PA said I should continue to see length and girth gain over the next year to year and a half. As he said, "Just keep pumping".

I am now shorter then I was just like most guys that had a Open Radical. Fortunately we were able to restore decent erections so that now I get hard with about a half a pill and some manual or oral stimulation.

Me on the bottom works well and she admits now that it took a while to develop the leg and hip combination movement required to climax often from just that. Once she got lazy. That routine was just too much work for her that night. So she takes my penis and uses it to masturbate herself to climax. I just went along for the ride. And what a ride it was. I became her sex toy. She also may just sit there with me inside while I use my hands to bring her off manually.

The sexual focus changes and we find that most pleasant. Shucks, I'm just glad she is still here in my bed and not always sleeping.

P.S. I do not have an implant but position is still important.
