I find that if its taking to long and if your doing it doggy style, the simple anwser is to pull your forskin back and hold at the base of your penis, then carry on having sex, works for me every time.
In the case of having a blow job thats taking to long, just let the lady hold your head in her mouth and masterbate, I think you will find she will enjoy the coming attraction

Re: Taking longer to orgasm
I had no problem with orgasms for the first 2 years of VED use after surgery, but in the past year it has taken longer and longer until now I rarely orgasm during intercourse. At first I thought it might have something to do with the rings shutting off the blood flow, so I tried looser rings, less pumping, more foreplay and other things I won't mention, but nothing helped. I also think that there is a large mental component to the problem. I sometimes wonder were it my neighbor's wife rather than my own would I still have a problem? (That strange noise you hear is the chuckling of a dirty old man.) But back to reality – having a very understanding spouse who will do anything to get my rocks off we worked out an arrangement that does the trick. We have intercourse for as long as she wants,
(That is one advantage of delayed orgasm since she had to put up with my premature ejaculation for years), then I remove the rings and take a vibrator back to bed with us. Then she grabs this limp little fellow and lends a hand while I operate the vibrator. With my free hand I fondle her all over. Then in five minutes we are both very satisfied and fall asleep immediately. I think most of your spouses and steady GF's would go for this; you just have to have the nerve to discuss it. Try reading my post to her. I have assured my sweetie that it has nothing to do with her performance or my passion for her but is all my problem. By the way, I'll be 80 in two weeks. Good luck and happy vibrating.

Re: Taking longer to orgasm
This reminds me of a vibrator I read about that might be useful in this situation. It's called a We-vibe, and its a small, flat, moldable vibrator as I understand it (I haven't tried one yet). The wide part lays on her external parts and vibrates her clit and labia; the narrow part can be bent around and up inside her vagina. It's supposed to be flat enough that you can get your dick inside along with it, where it will vibrate against her g-spot and your dick at the same time. This sounds interesting and I wonder if anyone on here has tried it. Philip.
Re: Taking longer to orgasm
The We-vibe is a new one on me, but I found there are a million variations of vibes out there, some that stimulate all your orifices at once, etc. Different strokes for different folks, I guess. But then, variety is the spice of life!
Re: Taking longer to orgasm
I am ordering the Aneros MGX (anal) product to see if it assists and obtaining a more improved feeling with orgasm. It seems to take a very very long time to get there and it seems like I have to jo in order to finish and even then it is not real great. Anyone had success with this as an aid along with being orally stimulated? I had seed implants and radiation and no the radical prostatectomy. Any comments anyone? Thanks
Had external beam radiation and brachytherapy 2010 with some ED soon after. Viagra works, Some loss of sensation at times but overall sex has returned We are very oral and that helps a lot.
Re: Taking longer to orgasm
Yes, I have used the Aneros and I really like it! Although I had a RP (no longer have a prostate), it still stimulates the nerves and feels great. I've even kept it in while making love to my wife. It's another toy the two of you can enjoy, and something new to add to your routine! Try it and see what works for you.

Re: Taking longer to orgasm
I still have my prostate intact, but have suffered increasing ED due to neuropathy as a consequence of diabetes. Before I started using Trimix, in August, I was dependent on Viagra, constriction, and pumping. I assumed the delayed orgasm was due to insensitivity resulting from pumping and constriction. However, I still orgasm every third attempt. It seems I need to build up enough semen during the first two times to make the third successful and when I am successful, I am really successful. I still use constriction and pumping on non-Trimix days so insensitivity from these techniques may carry over to Trimix days.
Or, perhaps we are all just getting older.

Re: Taking longer to orgasm
I posted this on the Penile Rhab section but wanted to get here too in case someone here has some thoughts: I can get hard using Viagra but I lose it too soon so will start trying to use a ring that came with a pump someone gave me. It appears that I can slide the ring on with the Encore tube after Viagra makes it hard and hopefully hold it hard for a while longer. My question is: does the ring help with ejaculation? Mine is not much when it happens. A year ago before radiation and seeding I was great even at age 74 at that time. Once a week and sometimes twice. Now it is more like every 10 days and usually takes me to j/o. Even receiving oral does not pop it. It seems to take forever for me to finish. Anybody have any optimistic words or am I in the same ED boat as many? Any words would be appreciated. I guess my question is: If a ring will keep it hard, does the ejaculation improve? Thanks, Bob

Re: Taking longer to orgasm
Unfortunately, my experience is that the ring keeps it hard longer, but the constriction makes it more difficult to ejaculate. I use a fairly tight and hard ring, so perhaps if you are using a softer ring, you will not encounter this problem.
