I remember when I had erections I would get a lot of pre-cum. There was usually a positive correlation between the amount of pre-cum and my arousal,libido and sensation. Do you still produce pre-cum after you've been implanted?

Everything your dick did before you were Implanted. It still does. Normally implantation doesn't affect pre-cum or semen. Before my implant, I got no response out of my dick. Now that I'm Implanted, I get a noticable erection with stimulus. Not hard enough for intercourse but still noticable.

Even though my prostate was removed in 2000, I still have a little precum (I used to have a lot before the prostate was removed). The implant has not changed my precum situation -- it just makes my dick hard!

I've noticed my cardiovascular system has taken a huge hit from almost 2 years with no to little erections at 22. I've read prolonged ED can do that.
