I'm not a doctor or qualified in in way to give medical advice. I have no experience with Xiaflex treatments. My response here just reflects my minimal online research in reference to your question. Always ask your doctor and follow his/her advice.

If he/you plan to go forward with the Xiaflex treatment he will not want you having an erection during that treatment or at least during part of that treatment. That is probably why he just ignored the viagra request. It's unfortunate he didn't take the effort to make sure you understood his treatment plans. Perhaps you should call his office and try to get a better explanation of the doctors plans. A nurse or PA in the office might take more time for an explanation than the doctor so demanding to speak to the doctor might not be the best course of action. Of course there is the option of trying another Uro.

Keep a positive attitude. You're starting on a journey toward a solution. It's not likely to happen overnight but it is likely to happen.

From: https://www.xiaflex.com/
Do not have sex or any other sexual activity between the first and second injections of a treatment cycle.

Do not have sex or have any other sexual activity for at least 2 weeks after the second injection of a treatment cycle with XIAFLEX® and after any pain and swelling has gone away.

You have peyronie's disease. Bottom line, you have peyronie's disease. When did this happen?

Here's what you'll do. Go see a peyronie's disease specialist near you immediately. He won't do much but he will give you doppler ultrasounds and you'll know whats up after that.

You need to start taking pentox l argenenine, and cialis daily. Just go to safegenericpharmacy.com and buy the 10-20 mg. Do it now, don't go through the doctor prescription shit, order it right fucking now, trust me, I know you don't know me but don't do the prescription shit you don't need it, it's a waste of time.

You might develop severe peyronie's... Curve and ED! It might shorten over time. It's a terrible disease and it's not going to be fun for a while. If I had severe peyronie's I would already be scheduling implant surgery with Dr. Eid or Dr. Kramer. You're down now but implants have given so many men their lives back, made them feel whole again and they're having great sex with their wives. To not consider this and just let peyronie's win would be a disservice to yourself.

Yeah but how are we newbies suppose to know which pharmas are legit and the ones that are fake? I don't really see this as medical advice as much as I do knowing what he feels worked for him. I have a mind and can evaluate what I feel best about as I make up my own mind. I thought the idea was to hear from those that have already been down the yellow brick road and help guide us where to dodge the poison apples and flying monkeys. anyway. I'm not an admin or have never played one on tv so what do I know? What if they add, it it was me......

but he could have let me feel like a man once or twice before he even started the xiaflex. Who knows how long he will have to play pill tennis with medicaid before he even gets to start the shots. Which I will gladly pay the no hard on game if it gets my dick straight again. It ain't like I have not been castrated for a few months now. I'm not gonna let my GP know about the euro and beg him for a script of 30 Sildenafil come Wed.

When a member is told what drug and what strength, I consider that medical advice. Ask your doctor. The way around it is I were to tell you what I take... then is you copy me and something bad happens, that is your fault. For once it would be nice if someone just said ok and not give me static.

I'm sorry I was trying to throw a little comic into the situation, I fully understand what you are saying. I just cut up to try to keep from just falling into depression.

Hey Ghost, I totally get it. I am quite the jokester as well. Unfortunately, when I joined this forum I quickly discovered that not everybody appreciates my humour. You may have notices a :) after almost every post I make... that so other members I was in a happy go lucky mood and not being a sarcastic prick. Please continue to be humourous, just be careful not to offend anyone, make it look as if you are giving medical advice or talk so much about a doctor that is looks like a commercial for the guy.

Thanks for your support and I hope you continue your posts.

Has anyone gotten a doctor to prescribe sildenafil in replace of Viagra?? I just can't afford the cost of a viagra prescription with no insurance runs about 70.00 for one pill. I'm destroyed and if something doesn't happen to help I am no man and there is no life like this. I don't want to go on.

This was the OP's initial question on this thread.

Yesterday I was on telephone hold at my uro's office as I called to schedule my annual checkup for use of trimix injections. Per normal, the phone was spooling out various bits of health advice and semi-promotional stuff. One of them was an announcement that the uro's office is now offering generic sildenafil at prices vastly cheaper than Viagra. Sounds like the generic product is making its way into the market.
Eugene, Oregon, USA. Born 1941. Married 1968. ED since mid-1990s. Began trimix January 2014. Dosage gradually increased over time. Added cock ring in 2016. After dosage reached 30 units, switched to quad mix in May 2018. On blood pressure meds.

We have a lot of generic stuff here. Also, doctors get samples and my doctor freely gives them out. Even if my doctor prescribes Viagra, I can ask the Pharmacist to give me the generic. I don't because I want my insurance to pay as much money as possible. They are a bunch of crooked millionaires that deserve to have a bad year. Unfortunately, to them, a bad year is about 10 times what our salaries are.

My experience is that doctors can’t tell you what dose cialis or viagra is going to work for you. You have to experiment yourself. Besides there’s a lot of info online that you can read about the cialis doses. 2.5 and 5 is thought of as low daily doses, 10-20 is considered “as needed” but could be used daily if “needed.” I wish doctors were useful about this information but they can’t give you a pill and jerk you off to see if it works. I saw that some cialis or the generic tadalafil are sold as 80mg!!! You might consult a doctor about that but your doctor probably won’t want to discuss essentially illegal drugs bought from foreign pharmacies.. despite the fact they work and many men vouch for them. If all the information we ever needed came from doctors what the hell would we need this website for? When I see someone stressing over expensive pills and at their wits end I can’t just not tell them the solution. Go ask a doctor sure but I doubt they will say just go to https://safegenericpharmacy.com/catalog ... Tadalafil+

Not providing that info would be cruel. I’m not telling him to take 10-20 mg but that’s the most useful pill dose because it can be taken whole or split easily to get whatever dose you need. Also, sure medical advice is sketchy online but you have to know that coming on here, although I still stand by everything I said. Almost everything on this website is medical advice. It’s a website, whether I tell you what to do or tell you what I do, if you do it and it’s bad then it’s your fault either way. There’s no accountability here, and everyone needs to know that.

Also I recommended he see a Peyronies specialist: medical advice
I recommended pentox, l argenine, cialis daily: medical advice
I recommended buying cialis from India for cheap: medical advice

I won’t delete those because those are gold. Take it to the bank, that’s what he needs to do. After seeing four urologists I can help this man start immediately rather than wait and wonder. I can’t not do that for him. Ultimately he needs to see a specialist, not a GP or local urologist. Tell him the advice I suggested and see if he disagrees  Unfortunately that’s about all they can do, other than xiaflex, surgery, or make you use a pump or traction
27
Peyronie's: 6 months, indents cause loss of 0.5 inches of girth, fibrosis growing, caused ED.
ED: 10mg Cialis daily, getting headaches, not interested in VED/injections.
Considering implant to avoid a lifetime of cialis and to correct deformity.
