In today's "General Discussion" offerings, there's a new thread that references "PRP."

I haven't a clue. Could we get that added to the acronym list?

As far as this forum is concerned:

"Platelet-rich penile therapy"

Otherwise it is:

"Platelet-rich plasma" which is, I guess, the same basic thing but it's used for other stuff besides dicks.

For an example see:

R.R.P 2011 Mayo Jacksonville, Dr. M. Wehle. Not nerve sparing. C in margins. Radiation 2023, V.E.D, Viagra and PGE-1 (80mcg/ml) injections @ 8 - 14 units. Originally Edex20, then compounded PGE due to cost. Inject. 12 yrs. It works. Treasure coast of FL.

It is also not one of the main stream treatments not covered by insurance. Dont you think protate reduction procedure would be more appropriate. There are at least 2 that are used Rezum snd urolift. Both are covered by insurance and seem alot more appropriate
