Picking up Trimix tomorrow, First Time!

What is your formula Steve? Like I said earlier mine is 30-1-20. You said 15 was too much and 8 is your dose now. I will have to make up my mind and see if I want to try somewhere between 5-10. It's funny how we guys will go the extra mile for wood! I know I should probably play it safe and use 5 but if it doesn't work I will be so disappointed and then I really should wait two days. From all I have read I think I will try 8 units and see whats UP, pun intended!

I am going to uro's office on the 25th to do exactly what you are doing, to get started with injections. I am nervous, yet relieved, that a solution just may be looming here for me. This forum has gotten me interested, moving, invigorated to just dump the past in the trash and leap forward with good stuff again with my bride. I look forward to coming back here and seeing your results, I admire your attitude and your efforts. I also have not had a drop of alcohol in almost 19 years now, it can be overcome if it's a problem. Congrats to you.

My prescribed formula is 30-1-10. Trimix still causes some tolerable pain so I've asked my ED doc to let me try Bimix which I'll be picking up today. This will be my 4th drug. I'm still looking for a pain-free erection. I'll use the trimix if nothing else works.
So it appears we're in the same boat as far as figuring out what dosage to use for a new injection drug. The docs always seem to adise a dosage that's too large so I'll probably start with 5 units and move up from there.

I've always heard and read that you only have to wait a full 24 hours for the next attempt. That's what I do.

Be careful about the 24 hour interval thing. I've never seen or heard that in all my reading about injections.

My doc--and my pharmacist--cautioned me to wait 48 hours between pops: every other day. Pharmacist also told me I could go two days in a row now and then--like once a week or up to 3 times a month, but never 3 days in a row and never 2 days in a row twice in one week. So, as a rule, 3-4 times a week ain't bad given most of our histories for the past few years.

Plus, the cumulative and rehabilitative effects of trimix (and I assume bimix and all the rest), provide for a good bit of recovered erectile function on non-injection days. Spike may not be hard enough long enough for satisfactory penetration, but there are plenty of alternatives under those circumstances. Just sayin'.

OK, Here is my report. I used a little under 10 units , when I inserted the needle the first time the plunger was hard to push so I pulled out out and tried another spot. Kind of a drag to have to stick myself twice the first time. I would say I was closer to the base of the shat. I waited 10 min and something was stirring but not much so I use some visual stimulation and got a good erection but nothing special. It lasted about 1/2 hour and that was it. Disappointed for sure, I was looking for the rocket fuel I heard about! I was nervous but I think I did it ok, I pushed the needle in all the way and pushed the plunger i slowly. So I either missed the sweet spot or I just need a bigger dose. And I think I will try closer to the middle of the shaft. Only thing is if I missed and I go to say 15 units it might be to much. I think I just need more. I don't have any real pain or bruising and it only bled a very little. My girl is excited so I need to get this right soon! Thoughts? Thanks
Edit. I am using 31 gauge 5/16 syrindge and a very tolerable ache (slight)

Sounds like you just need to slowly increase your dosage for the desired results. I started with .25 cc and have slowly worked up to .5 cc which gives me about 1 hr of great results.

Hi Guys, Here is my report. My first try was 10 units Sat night and results were ok at best, not even sure I hit the right spot. Today I used about 18-19 units on the other side closer to the middle of the shaft and results were much better. Got very hard in about 10 mins and seemed to last a little under 2 hrs. It was wearing off at the end. Just a reminder I can usually get a pretty good erection with pills and sometimes without but it will either not be strong enough or wont last. Today it was strong enough and if I only needed an hour I probably would have been fine. But she had other ideas (thank god, lol) and wanted to go longer. Unfortunately the trimix was wearing off but it was still a good trial run. Do any of you guys have trouble when you are on your back? I want to be able to keep an erection on my back because that's what she wants and....... I was thinking to try 25 units next time and see how that goes. It would be great if I could sustain it for around three hours or so, that leaves some time for play beforehand without having to stop and do the deed (shot). I don't know if I am just lucky or its the dose but I haven't really had much pain (ache). I hope when I find a dose that we can both live that I will be able to reduce the dose over time like a lot of you have said you have. So does 25 sound about right or go for the diamond cutter at 30! Hey, I think you are close to the peak dose requirement. My opinion only.

You are keen to go for the "gold standard" erection so you need to be careful. I like the 2.5 hr fully erect but feel a bit "jumpy" when at 3.5 it's still pulsing up to full hardness without any deliberate stimulation. I would advise you to be sure you have sudomyl pills in case of being "locked up" with erection that just won't retreat. I would also say that if you really want to push the envelope towards that 4hrs that is classified "priapism" you need to hold your nerve.

The answer you want is "how much". I would guess that 25 units will be your upper limit and expect that could need to be significantly reduced as you become more sensitive to the "rocket fuel" that we love. My peak was 1.5ml about 5 weeks ago, 20+ shots later, this week, 0.65ml was getting edgy with a close to 3 hour erection that could easily have been penetration grade with a little work an hour or more later.

As my sensitivity to trimix continues to skyrocket I am wary of getting a very traumatic episode at the wrong version of "ED". Be careful friend, be very careful. This stuff is powerful and we also need to be sure that our consistency of technique keeps us in the zone and we don't get careless. For example, I like a couple of good red wines but am careful how I mix imbibing in alcohol and "pricksticking". Good urologists tend to be very cautious about supervising dosage and application, and with good reason.

Thanks, I am going to take your advice and try 25 units tomorrow. That will be 3 tries in 5 days so that will be it until at least Sat. I will heed your advice and be careful. Just the one question, as I said in my previous post I started to loose my erection while on my back. I am not sure if this was because the trimix was wearing off or what. Next time I will try this earlier, but have any of you experienced this? Thanks M

I haven't noticed any difference in hardness whether on my back compared to any other position or even standing.
Greg, I was totally wrong about the 24 hour waiting period. I was thinking about the wait between uses of oral drugs (Viagra etc) and injections. Glad you were there to correct my mistake quickly.
