I had RRP on Jan. 2 nd and have done very well. As I have shared, I still have some dribbles which are mostly annoying but the rest of the surgery and recoup has gone very well with little pain. Well, today I was sitting nude, tired of wearing the depends, and airing out my genitals when I started stroking and playing with them. It felt better and better even though I wasn't very erect. I kept going until I could feel a coming orgasm. Well, I didn't stop and I think I did have my first dry orgasm. Obviously, nothing came out but the feeling was still there. Perhaps I was really horny and that was a release, which I do feel now. But, it was great to do it. Now to just get rid of the drips and work on the erection.

Congrats!! Yes, there is fun and release after PCa surgery. As you proceed, you may well find the climax is stronger than before surgery and seem to last longer. That is one very good thing about our new normal. The more you exercise him the better for both of you and it contributes to penile rehab!!

Like you, before surgery, I would not have thought it possible to get off without a hard. Enjoy!

It took me forever,like half an hour, to get off the first time I masturbated after surgery, which was Dec. 13. This was the day after the catheter came out.
