Congratulations Craig, sounds like you're good to go. I had a 700LGX implanted Dec 12, 2011 so just
got my driving instructions Jan 11, 2012. This is what my doc told me.

Apparently the older devices could accidentally inflate if you bent over and put pressure on the reservoir,
so the new ones have a built in check valve that must be be released each time you want to inflate. He said
it's important that you DEFLATE first. When you press the deflate button you will feel and hear a little vibration
as the fluid returns to the reservoir. Then give the bulb a quick hard squeeze. You should feel a little 'pop'
and you're good to pump.

I had a hard time with the deflation valve in the docs office. He wanted me to use my right hand with my
index finger under the back pushing the pump forward and my thumb on the front over the valve, a very awkward
position. After I got home and relaxed I found that the deflation valve seemed to be facing to the right so
that my left hand worked better with my left thumb doing the trick.

Anyway, after your doc gets you started, I'm sure you'll figure out what works for you. You'll be off on a new
adventure mate. Enjoy.

Well... I am healing fine and no real concerns right now. At the first week out after my revision surgery, I was not symmetrical anymore. My right testical was two inches lower then my left but the last couple of days it`s going back into its original position along with the pump that is lying beneath it on the right side. It just makes my right testical bulge out a bit further, making it look a little bigger than the other and not allowing my penis to hang straight downward. Being modest, I have to be aware of what I am wearing and I do get chaffrd on the head a bit as I walk now. I wonder what I will do for swim trunks when the time comes this summer. Because after the surgery it does look like I have an erection of some extent all the time now. That part I don`t like and I make sure it is totally deflated too before I go out.

Craig, I was implanted 8 months ago and learned to completely deflate and leave it pointing up . The only problem with that position is wearing jeans, as they tend to be a little tight. Jeans are really uncomfortable when driving. I make sure I am "Completely" deflated by squeezing the last drop back into the reservoir and have also learned to wear loose fitting clothes. After all you have been through you need to be reassured that all the pain & frustration you have been through will be worth it! I would have opted for an implant 5 years ago if I had known what I know today. I like my implant: instantaneous erections, no failure, and no performance anxirty. Godd luck. Larry
