Hey, its been a year since the prostate surgery- PSA still low- thats great, something else is also low- thats not great. So been reading disucssions- sounds like the Cialis- Viagra- isnt working- injections are- which doesnt sound so good to me right now.
Anybody going the natural route? Is there one?
Like:
Exercises:
Jelq- seems to make sense- does it really help?
Kegel- I also got the urination problem- they say its supposed to help both that and ED- is it true?
Supplement:
A guy at GNC once sold me a bottle of L_arginine- same question- does it work? If so- how much for how long?
Thanks for hanging in with my questions.

Re: New- What Exercises Work?
Bob: I have some L-Arginine that I take from time to time as well. Some guys say it helps.. I figure it can not hurt. I think it give me a bit of a filling but nothing you would consider suable. I am usind it strictly for therapy. Much like the V,Cand L. The only thing that is positive is the injections! That always works.

Re: New- What Exercises Work?
Bob, I'm brand new with injections, only shot myself once so far solo, but it was clear to me that this ends the ED problem for me. It's easy, fast, economical, and you get results without a headache. Look into it with a good urologist, you will be happy you did most likely.

Bob,
Nothing worked for me until I started penis exercises (stretches/squeezes). There are many ways to do them including the use of devices (hangers/clamps). If you are interested, I can direct you to some helpful sites and possibly answer a question or two.
