I remember having ok erections when I hit puberty. My dick was erect for quite some time and I could move my dick without touching it. Soon I remember losing erections, it was quite a taboo to talk about all this with my parents so I kept quiet. I think I never had an erection which could last for sex.

Fast-forward 10 years the problem is progressively getting worse. I don't get any erections now and morning wood has been gone for years. It's not just my erections my libido is next to nothing. It was never a lot of begin with, I never got fully erected on seeing a girl. My penis is as desensitized as desensitized can be. I don't even remember what a sensitive penis was.

I did get slightly erect while watching porn though. I did abuse porn a lot like many other millennials. Thankfully my libido is so low I have given up porn easily now. Probably the worst thing I did was that I was addicted to prone masturbation. I knew it was damaging my penis but I couldn't stop myself. I kept prone masturbating even with a flaccid penis. The only time I felt I was healing is when I left prone masturbation for the first time. I got a good erection and actually ejaculated with force. I think it soon subsided and I went back to my old prone masturbating ways. Now that my libido is so low I have given up this bad habit. I don't masturbate now. I'm tried /r/nofap now which is unscientific I know. Things are so bad that I don't even have the urge to masturbate/ can't masturbate.

I did start visiting doctor few years back. I went to an endocrinologist to get my hormones tested. My test was always in the range of 400 and estradiol just slightly outside reference range. Prolactin was on the higher end too. Many people on the internet have suggested this to be a problem. The doctor didn't think so. I found out I have bilateral varicocele too but the doctor said it is nothing to worry about.

The next doctor I visited said you are too young to have cardiovascular problems and said that my problem in psychogenic. I don't have any stessors in my life apart from this. My live is easy and I earn well.

Now I am seeing another doctor and now I want to undergo doppler ultrasound. The weird thing is that if I have a venous leak why is my libido so shit? Does venous leak kill libido too? Will keep you guys updated.

Before coming here penile implants were out of question. They were just weird. But the more I read the forums I feel I can do it as a last resort. Thank you science.

Libido and "abuse porn" are guilt play from the dark ages. Find a good psychiatrist, psychologist, along with your urologists to tell the same story. You should do well here too.

What does this mean? I meant watching a lot of porn not specifically "abuse porn". Although I must admit I have been into porn which is extreme and embarrassing. A lot of millennials are doing this. I see a lot of older people are here, I think it is our responsibility to educate the next generation about the dangers of high speed internet porn and safe masturbation practices.

What would a psychiatrist/psychologist do? I have been told to see one by a urologist but I don't know how that can be helpful. My knowledge comes from watching movies but doesn't a psychiatrist/psychologist just talk? I don't know what that would do to my dead penis.

I don't know how to express this but my symptoms are very extreme. No erections No libido can't even masturbate.

You should do well here too.

I think this is a place I can be fully honest. Even reddit seemed judgemental/ full of people recommending nofap.

I had a severe Venous Leak and very high libido. One has nothing to do with the other. I also had a varicocele and it had no bearing on my erections or libido. I had mine removed eventually when it got quite large and made one ball look way bigger than the other.

I was told for years my problem ED was in my head, but the Penile Doppler finally proved otherwise. I just wish. Had known about Doppler years earlier, but other doctors never mentioned it.

Basically I cycle between 3 reasons.
-Porn is the cause of all my problem. (No libido)
-Prone masturbation fucked my penis. (Lot of people who prone masturbate suffer from ED)
-I have something else going on. (Maybe hormonal)

Glad to know you are doing well.
Right now I have no problem using drugs, injections or even implants. I am currently on cialis basically to prevent further damage.
The main problem I have is that I have no libido. I had bad libido before and it decreased to nothing now. If my libido was ok I would have no problems taking support.
Also my erections are non-existent there no way I can have sex. I had an understanding girlfriend earlier with whom I've tried. My symptoms of ED and no libido are just too extreme. My T levels are not optimal (450) but they aren't dreadfully low. You can check the sheet I shared in the original post for more blood tests.
