Taking too long to orgasm

Postby djvictor45 » Thu Feb 23, 2012 9:56 pm

I think this has been discussed elsewhere on this site but I wanted to see if anyone has found a workaround. It takes at least 30 to 45 minutes of direct fairly hard stimulation to achieve orgasm. I'm not compaining because at least I can still orgasm and depending upon position thery are very intense. Sitting with wife on top or standing missionary with wife laying at the edge gives the most intense however doggy or missionary in bed not so intense. I do kegels and they help. I also have to empty my bladder so I don't leak. Anyone have suggestions to improve these situations? It would be great for you to share and help us get back to as much normal as possible. No offense to any but I feel we should be discusssing the overall sexual experience and not be stressing so much over penis length

I can't orgasm at all with sex since getting my implant (have to finish by hand). Consider yourself lucky....

That happens to me quite often without any implant at all.
As a matter of fact I usually have 2 extremes - either I cum within 2 minutes; or cannot finish even 40 minutes later... until the oral.
I do not know what it depends on. One thing I noticed though is that if I try to hold (by thinking "side thoughts") in order to let my wife to finish, I usually cannot finish myself afterwards. Once the moment of culmination is lost, the only "workaround" for me is oral.

According to my urologist, delay and/or difficulty with orgasm is a common side-effect of ED and/or of virtually every ED remedy. Just sayin'.
