I spoke to a pharmacist who stated that the medication should not be frozen and thawed over and over although he didn't seem to specifically know this medication, he seemed to be stating that in general. :)

He knows NOTHING. I know and that's all that matters to me. I have gone through at least 25 freeze and thaw cycles with ZERO degradation of potency. I have also refrigerated Trimix for 3 months and noticed loss of potency.

I don't know that I would go so far as to say he knows nothing, because unless we know what was in the prescription, we are not yet necessarily comparing apples to apples. I did feel that he had limited knowledge on the subject for sure. He told me there is only 1 pharmacy where I can get it made (about 15 miles from me) because that have to have a sterile room to mix it up in. It cost me a small fortune and I hated it. It was a mood killer, it burned going in, jabbing my dick with a needle hurt like hell and it hurt because the stuff was so cold going in. My erections with them were nothing to write home about.

An abstract: Long-term stability of trimix: a three-drug injection used to treat erectile dysfunction.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23924676/

I think that explains it pretty well even though it's just an abstract of the article.

I have been freezing and thawing my same vial for 4 weeks still as strong as day one. I have 5 vials in all I only use .09mg so mine last a long time even at 2 times a week.

Best stuff around

The freezing query must be by far the most asked-and-answered question here in the "Injections" section of Frank Talk. It's a perfectly understandable question from guys who are new to injections.

If you do a search here for "freeze trimix" you'll find dozens of experience-based responses to the question. Nearly all of them, mine included, cite positive personal experience — long-term preservation of the effectiveness of the medication. Not unanimous, but quite convincing.
Eugene, Oregon, USA. Born 1941. Married 1968. ED since mid-1990s. Began trimix January 2014. Dosage gradually increased over time. Added cock ring in 2016. After dosage reached 30 units, switched to quad mix in May 2018. On blood pressure meds.

If you prepare the syringes and then freeze, you will only have to thaw what you need and will not need to keep re-freezing. :)

Yes as long as you don't move the plunger while it is frozen. :)
