Difference in erection with Pump versus Injection

Injected my penis this morning and generated a nice hard erection. Enjoyed slow and sensual foreplay for 15 minutes, engaged in some oral for about 10 minutes ( my wife seems to need it to get her in the mood for orgasm), and then had to thrust away for another 10 minutes before I could orgasm.

1) The injection did not make my erection tooo good to orgasm. Actually a little more difficult. (could be age is catching up, but I am not ready to admit it)

2) checked my CS, but after orgasm, and it did not appear to be very engorged. For some reason I did not think to check it prior to orgasm.

I as well sent some quality time this past weekend. I did pump a little before injecting (did not pump to full erection but did use constriction ring while injecting). Then after removing the constriction ring I pumped a little until the Tri-Mix kicked in.

Seemed to me that CS was more engorged than what I had noticed previously. On previous occasions I had not used the pump.

I liked this overall protocol and will keep experimenting.

I do notice that when pumping and then injecting I notice a small drop of blood when removing the needle. I hold pressure to the injection site for a few minutes and that seems to take care of it. But I am not sure it would be wise to pump to full erection before or after injecting due to possible bleeding from the injection site.

Until I test further, it is my opinion that pumping inflates both the cs and cc chambers whereas the injection only inflates the cc to the max and may leave the cs only partially inflated. In which case, pumping after injecting will further inflate the cs and provide a slightly harder and fatter erection.

More research is needed. Hopefully, my wife is willing to put in a little overtime.

I have suffered from some degree of ED since I started importing Viagra direct from the US and before it was approved by the (UK) N.I.C.E board. All PDE5 type drugs no longer work and I asked my physician to refer me to the local urology department dealing with PE. They prescribed alprostadil and I currently use 40 micrograms. The urology nurse there asked whether I used a low level vacuum device. I told her I had one but didn't use it. She replied that it should be used for a minimum of about 10 minutes a day (without the constriction rings) In the department's experience it enables a reduction in the amount of alprostadil necessary to achieve an erection. It would, thus, seem that there might some evidence to suggest "pumping" aids the whole process.

On another note we CAN get our hands on Bi-mix here in the UK but because the market is so much smaller than the US it's difficult. If you wanted Tri-mix you would have to mix up your dose in the bathroom using a vial of alprostadil and the Bi-mix. It is compounded by hospital pharmacies and CAN be ordered through retail pharmacies but you do have to jump through hoops to get it.

One other injectable which is available here (again you have to search for it and find a urologist willing to prescribe) is INVICORP. It is a mixture of aviptadil (a vasoactive intestinal peptide) and phentolamine. It comes in two strengths mediated by 1 or 2 mg. of the latter. It is currently imported from Sweden at about £125 per 5 ampoules. It is stated to offer pain-free erections to over 85% of men with no cases reported of priapism and no cases of Peyronie's. I'm waiting to see the urologist who has indicated he is "minded" to prescribe it to me. Watch this space.
