I have one similar to this and have been using it with Osbon tension bands for over five years.

I had one back in the day. It was very good quality, well made and well designed. My wife and both hated it. I paid several hundred dollars for it and it wound up in the landfill in about a week. Hopefully you'll have a better experience.

The diameter of my insert is slightly above 1.75”. It occasionally gets stuck on my base shaft, but since I always lube my penis before starting, the insert easily slides off with a slight tug.

Ditto on all that. I think the opening is 2" without the insert. I hate that thing too.
Age 72, wife is 52. 20+1 cm Titan Touch implanted by Dr. Kramer on 18 October 2017. Revision to AMS LGX 21+2 cm on 11 June 2018 by Dr. Carrion at Tampa General. Age-related ED + slight Peyronies bend (left) and slight hourglass in the center.
