Hi,
I am 23 year with venous leak diagnosed through caversonometry. I underwent venous litigation of the dorsal vein which helped with my EQ, they could only burn one of the pathways though. I can get somewhat good erections with cialist and constricion ring but I need constant manual and visual stimulation. No morning wood and lesser sensitivity in my glans.
Now I got a varicocele on the left side of my scrotum and will get that ligated, the urologist will try to ligate the veins in my perineum leading to my penis. I read somewhere that It can be dangerous in the long term? What are your thoughts on that?
Interestingly, Neither caversonometry nor doppler showed any scarring or fibrosis.
Thank You

Hi,
I know of 2 cases on franktalk which they said made them impotent in 2 years. But you wont hear the good stories here as healthy people wont discuss the good results here and continue their lives.
I am just 23 and injections seems fine, I am not afreaid of them. But when they injected 7,5 and 10 micrograms of alprostadil I got no response.
Thanks

Whoever told you that nobody talks about the good stories is WRONG. Frank Talk is MOSTLY good stories. Like everything, we have our bad stories. You will see MANY, MANY stories that started out horrible but are now fantastic.

It is experimental. There are a few cases in which it works but the results are temporary.

Have you had testosterone blood test? Low testosterone can cause venous leak and can be reversed with TRT
Hell, I'd even try TRT for a bit before I get an implant anyway, nothing to lose

Hi,
Thanks for the comments. My T was 22,41 last time and they refused to prescribe me TRT. Second doctor was more open however he told me it would make me impotent ( no sperm). They did spermiogram and if poor results I might get prescribed Clomid. Any thoughts on that?
Thanks
