Thanks for the comments. My T was 22,41 last time and they refused to prescribe me TRT. Second doctor was more open however he told me it would make me impotent ( no sperm). They did spermiogram and if poor results I might get prescribed Clomid. Any thoughts on that?

your T was 22.41.. in what reference range? Are yuo from UK? if so the reference range is 8-28 so your test is probably fine. do you know your SHBG?

Clomid won't help at all with venous leak, its good old test thats needed if low T is cause

clomid will probably make your erectile function worse
