I cannot get everything in the metal donut ring I used to use and it is a 20 minute struggle to try to force it into the leather snap ring I used and with both, I cannot pump it after I get it in. Furthering my reply, this is the other type cock ring I had success with pre implant. It gets painful after a while, goes on your dick only, and comes in sizes that you can find one small enough to keep your dick hard. The black cone is lubed up and used to load the ring on your cylinder. After you pump your dick you slid the ring off the cylinder and the ring kept you hard, deflate and remove your vacuum cylinder. I do not think I would try these with an implant but since I was asked what they were, I am picturing them. The cone was a 2 piece unit so if you could get hard by other means, you could load the ring via the cone onto the second half ring, remove the cone, slide the ring over your dick and slip the ring onto your cock. The tabs gave a hand hold to help stretch the cock ring for removal and once it was on long enough to hurt, you certainly didn't want to mess around forever trying to get it off like rings w/o hand handles. It looks similar to my medical grade 'Pos-T-Vac. from acmedical.com. The rings stretch over the cone attached to the Vacuum pump. I hated it but I couldn't get an erection any other way until I was implanted.

Too much runs together to remember what is going on. I forgot I took these pictures last night. I did try on the cock constriction ring last night as shown. I did have to remove it after a while because as before implant it would start hurting but it does work. Tubing gets in the way and as I've stated, I wish my tubing was a little further down. Tried putting in a small 6 gauge p.a. in while I was looking for answers for you guys. I do not know. I know I would prefer the tubes further back because my hand hits them every stroke jerking off too. I know 2 surgeons had videos demonstrating how they place the patient in surgery specifically to make it easier to place them further back.
