Was anyone bothered by the erection after surgery when doc leaves penis inflated to certain degree? I had surgery a week ago today and can’t wait to get deflated. Erect penis is on my way all the time and can not be put up or down. It is just sticking 90 degrees out.
I have appointment to see surgeon next Monday 9/17. I assume, deflation is next step.
Thanks for your response.

I left surgery deflated and was cycling within 3 days. I cannot even imagine being erect/inflated for a week.

How do you boys walk out of the hospital without drawing attention to yourselves? Can you tuck it up under your trouser cord, like hiding a normal erection?
I'm NOT taking the piss here, but it is rather funny.

I always used baggy sweatpants or track pants. A long shirt helps as well.

Mine was inflated for a whole week. By the 6th day I took some pressure off myself. The 8th day I went back for my first checkup and the doc deflated it the rest of the way. Yes a full hard on for a full week is hard to do, but so glad I did it. I'm 4/12 mons. post op now. The doc said yesterday that I can now stop cycling everyday. Only need to inflate when having sex. I wound up about a half inch longer and a half inch larger in girth than I was before the surgery. I'm very happy with the results. Good luck to everyone.

My doc kept me 90% hard for 4 full weeks. At day 5 I called him begging for more Norco. He said use Tylenol. Same pain as when you pump 110% to do your stretch routine but for 4 weeks 24 hrs a day Called his therapist at 3 weeks and he talked me through deflating it. Then he calls me back after an hour. How does it feel?? Much better! Well doc says pump it back up. I did not pump to the previous 90%. It was a healing process because of my scaring and partial pyronies. Very few doc's use this procedure. BUT it is great now.

I think everyone's experience and/or Dr. is different. I was inflated for 24 hours after surgery. I stayed in the hospital overnight. Doctor came in and deflated me, before I could leave..so I was fully deflated upon leaving the hospital. I had no problem wearing just boxers and loose fitting running pants. I didn't have any real pain for the first 24 hours, because I was on Oxycodone at regular intervals. So not a whole lot of pain.
That's my experience
