Firdty I'm new to this site and must say there seems to be a lot of good info about TRIMIX. I been on TRMIX for 3 months and must say on the whole I'M very happy. I do have a few questions.
1.What is the average dose most people use. I been inject .15 and find that I stay up for 2 hours even after ejaculation.
2. Does the location of the injection matter? I found I get the hardest erection if I inject near the base. Also if I arouse myself a little before, I can pick a better location minus veins.
3. This may sound stupid but does penis size affect th does. Seems to me it would.
4. What has been the reaction of your partners when they find out you inject.
Thanks again
Tony
dose and location
Re: dose and location
Hey Tony,
Welcome to FT. Yep, there's lots of good info here about Trimix and other injection therapies. I've been a happy Trimix user for 18 months. Re your questions:
1. Of course, there's an average--it's a matter of doing the math. But like many statistics, I don't think it's a meaningful number. Every man is different. And many dosages change over time. I'm now down to 2-3 units per episode. (100 units = 1 cc = 1 ml) One common theme does seem to be that the longer you do injections, the less go-juice it takes. I have also found that I can control the length of the erection (time, not size) by varying the amount of the dose just a bit. Frankly, I enjoy those residual erections.
2. Doc told me to inject at 10:00 and 2:00, alternating sides, and not too far down the shaft. I seem to do better with a totally limp dick. The tissue is softer and easier to stick. It's like the difference between my rock hard biceps and Cajun Jeff's flabby arms. (Now we're going to find out who really reads this stuff!)
3. That's a good question. Never thought about it. My instincts are that penis size won't affect dosage very much. It's about opening up those blood vessels, not filling up the monster with medicine.
4. My bride of 43 years does not have the same sexual appetite that I do. (Big shock, eh?) So she's not doing the Dance of Joy. But she is happy that I'm happy. And I'm happy to restore Little Gregory to his special purpose.
Hope this helps,
Greg

Greg Tanks for all the great info. Very helpful. You say you use 3-5 units. That hardly shows on syringe.
Another question, have you ever used the TRIMIX past the expiration date? If so, for how long and was it effective?

Tom, you know I'm just picking on Jeff. Now I'm braced for the payback.
Tony, I've heard lots of different things about expiration dates. In my case, neither the doc nor the pharmacist said anythiung about an expiration date--just told me to keep the happy juice in the fridge. Right now, I'm still using a vial that is almost a year old and it doesn't seem to have lost any potency. "Your results may vary" of course, but that's my experience.

Re: dose and location
Apparently some pharmacists do put an expiration date on the vial. But that doesn't mean that the juice will go bad on that date. It means that the pharmacy won't vouch for it after that date. (Same as the expiration date on milk, for example.) I certainly wouldn't toss it just because of a date. As long as the liquid is clear--not cloudy--and doesn't have floating particles of any kind, it's worth trying it out. But I am neither a doctor nor a pharmacist. Some juice may, in fact, lose it's oomph. That just has not been my experience.

Re: dose and location
Just a simple tip you may find useful. After inserting the needle withdraw it slightly and see if you can draw blood into the syringe, if you can you're almost certainly in the right place!
Hope this helps. It was common advice a few years ago but doesn't appear to be mentioned much lately!

Healthy 70yo used injectibles for 20 odd years, Alprostadil, Caverject and now a variation of bimix.

Re: dose and location
That is exactly what my Dr told me to do when I had my first injection in the Dr office. That is a great tip.
Thanks for the reminder.

Also a couple of other things that help with injections. Inject slowly so that the injection takes 5 sec. Also rub the injection area. I found that helps distribute the medication better.
