My stretching routine.

I would think the number would be the capacity of the implant to expand lengthwise. That would define the "up to" that it might be able to expand rather than what tunicas are allowing it to expand. I am sure if an LGX laying on a desk can expand 30% then they would advertise "UPTO 30%"

Since they do not specify, expansion could be girth, length, both. My experience in inflatable things like balloons, inner tubes and such is they always do the girth bit before the length. Considering the circumference of a penis vs the length which is a much bigger factor, I would tend to think girth would be it's most likely direction of expansion. What are you boys with ever growing AMS implants reporting? My next though is would this 25% be the difference from fully deflated to fully inflated size of the implant itself? There used to be a report showing a test to that effect on an implant on a test stand and something about the inner fabric that limits the range of expansion.

rolaids, I too have talked Jamie and I think she is one of the most helpful ones there. I do believe the extra 5% is an up tick since Boston Scientific bought them. I am sure the advertisements used to say 20 also.

I had total plans to wear this implant out and keep getting more but this cancer, doctor visits, chemo and the bill stress dealing with it all, in network, out of network, insurance battles and all is beating my ass good. The last couple weeks instead of pumping it up and giving it a workout 3 times a day, I go 2-3 days and never even think about it. So boys, it's not just use it or lose it, it also use it while you can use it.

I was talking to her last Tuesday and she said "up to between 20 and 25%. I guess it all depends on what the doctors and their patients are reporting at the time.

oh wow im so glad you posted that larry. ty so much. im so bored, horney and peeling plaster off the wall. no release, sex but it never fails i still pay taxes hahaha. well hey atleast 20-25 is yet another possible increase. after bandages / cath was taken out I quickly noticed the doctor didnt pump any fluid in this one for some weird reason. I have iced my balls about 3 times a day for just over a week and my dick stays at a constant 5.0 in girth and 4.0 inches long totally flaccid. also, I was checking out my incision. turns out that this time he cut horizontally across my ball sack. this time didnt cut up the dick and ball sack. not sure why as I have yet to see him to ask. i was think that atleast this incision will not lessen feeling during sex.

Hey Alibaba, I see it was less than a year going from your ams to titan. did you have a implant failure or just say you wanted to switch? my doctor is so conservative that this implant needed a special hand written note from God to get this passed lol.

It has been 18 months and 23 days. I switched because the AMS did not keep it straight, I had a lot of pain and lost a lot of size. Every doctor I consulted said I should have had a Titan. I like the Titan pump much better for comfort, the tubing is more comfortable with the infrapubic revision and I regained much of the size lost with the LGX. The bitty little LGX cylinders are comfortable flaccid though. Many hoops to jump through insurance wise. Good doctors know how to handle it. Some don't care or won't. $600 every 10 minutes for office visits vs. 45 minutes on hold with insurance to get approval? It's about the $$$. Find a doctor who loves what they do and you are comfortable with. Cheers man

what kind of girth do you get from your titan?

I think I posted pictures and measurements here somewhere. About 5 3/4 I think maybe. I don't remember. Math wise it figured out similar to what 2 inflated cylinders would be.

If I could get more than 100 pumps I do't think I would need to stretch. I guess I should have gotten an LGX so I could extend to ten inches.

Many guys don't get it about my stretching routine. When we lived in Florida, I had 2 wonderful hours of privacy. I was and still am facinated with my implant. I heard you could max out an implant (pump until the bulb was rock hard). I tried to Max mine out about 4 months post opp. I pumped to a good full erection and masturbated. I found I could pump more. I played with myself lightly stretching and massaging my dick. I put in 10 more pumps. Played some more, about a 3 minute wait. I found I could pump some more. I wondered if by doing this, I could regain my pre opp size. Using my routine, I permanently gained .5" in deflated and pumped length. No stretching will permanently give you more than God gave you. It is simply a protocol for regaining pre opp size. It has worked for several guys who reported size gains. It only seems to work with an AMS CX.
