Here is a 17 month update. After all this while my penis does not hang down with the implant. Spike is just as stubborn as he was months earlier.

Actually bud, I am afraid I will wear this Titan out before its expected departure......from overuse. Even tough plastic can only flex so many times before breaking. I worry about the hinging effect and the wear on the hinged corners.

Genome,

Anthing is possible (I'm on my 4th implant in 2 years and anticipating a 5th by the end of the year) but you have had very good results right from jump street, so I doubt you have much to be concerned about. I'd give my left nut and half of my liver + a kidney to get a positive result like yours. I'm so depressed, I consider eating a bullet on a daily basis. I really envy you... Use it and be happy...

I have had excellent results the past few years with Bimix injections. I am thinking towards the future. My Ed is a result of prostate cancer surgery. I want to keep an implant as part of my future solutions to ED.

However, I am a lifelong nudist. Public erections are not considered proper here. I live part time in a nudist community, and I have seen some older men who seem to have a partial erection (possible implant?). If i decide to implant, I do not want to have that "look". While it might be nice to present a larger appearance, I do not want to look like those men who I have seen, who appear to have a partial erection.

The one thing you learn as a nudist, is that most men do not have porn star penis size. Yes, there are some really big guys, but they are the minority. Most of us are about the same.

How do we live with an implant and still look like a regular guy?

I'm about 6 1/2 inches flacid and 7 1/2 when pumped up. Hey, it is what it is...
