Hello from Ohio
I had surgery march 23rd. While I am doing well I have severe incontinence and Ed. It is going to be a long road. I was a Gleason 7, t2b with 4 malignant tumors. They could only do nerve sparing on one side. I look forward to getting help from other guys in a similar situation.

Dont let the nerve sparing on one side only scare you. I was Gleason 7 and had surg 2000,nerves spared both sides, dry in 3 weeks, ED from day 1 after surgery. Take your time and follow the steps to see what works for you. I did the pump, pills and injections(quad mix). If I had it to do over I would get a pump and pull blood at least twice a day for 10 to 15 min. Just pump up let it down and pump again. Dont let your surgeon tell you "give your body a chance". Thats what I did and a year later it was too late to rehab. In 2008 I had a AMS 700 penile implant put in and my only regret was not having it put in sooner. Thats down the road for you. You may find the pills work fine for you. Take your time and stay tuned to Frank Talk and by the way WELCOME to the club.

I am a PCa guy as well and rehab is very important. Some Dr. dont really work to get you back in the game. Hope yours is different. I started on the VED Pump at 12 wks. Probably should have started on pills at the same time. Have moved to injections and I am back in the game. I hear your thoughts (injections?) What the he LL Im not going to do that. For not just stay with that. I gave my engine just the jump start that I needed.

Thanks guys. Still incontinent after 7 weeks and still no action with my member. Viagra does nothing. I pump almost everyday--but no erections or tingling at all yet. I miss it!!!

Keep going with the rehab. Your really early in the game. For one year I really got nothing till I started injections. Best of luck.

Re: Hello from Ohio
BB, your situation may sound hopeless to you---I think most of the men here thought those thoughts at some point regrdless of the severity or the reason for having ED. I have not had cancer, surgery, no trauma to sex organs or anything else obvious to tell why my peter won't work anymore. It's just as frustrating and just as painful in my case to be limp as it is for a guy who had surgery and it don't work anymore---the result is the same because you have a woman needing you, and your brain still wants to get some action going, but mother nature is not working to make it happen anymore. All very bad indeed. I had tried every pill, and talked to quite a few docs, NO HELP from them. Then I came here, I found out what I needed to say to my urologist, what kind of professional I needed to see, what I needed to do, and what rocket fuel was going to get me back in the game. I'm 67, and I did manage to get the gleam back in my eye. Nothing like looking down and realizing your hard member is back, and ready to get buried in your woman. You hang in there, learn the lingo around here, and you most likely will improve your situation in short order.
