Here is my injection routine with results.
My Trimix formula is: 30MG Papaverine, 1 MG Phentol, 20 MicroGrams Prosteglandin E1 per ML.

These are the instruction I got from my Urologist:
1. Begin with a low dose (mine was approximately 8 units)
2. Reduce dosage as low as possible but still with desired results (mine is 7.5 units)
3. Space injections by at least 2 days.
4. Have Sudafed 12 hour tablets on hand (in case of erection more that 4 hours)
5. Alternate sides of penis for injection (I keep a written record with supplies)
6. Sometimes there may be aching or pain. (It has never lasted long for me)

I am following these instructions to minimize the chances of priapism and peyronies.

My Uro said that odds are less that 4% of those happening.
(I have not had an erection lasting more than 4 hours, nor any signs of priapism in the 6 months I have been injecting)
footnote: I can inject about a 1/2 dose and get a reasonably hard erection for masturbation.

Very helpful. Seeing my doc's PA tomorrow about switching from bi-mix to tri-mix. Will show him this thread.

How much massaging and or stroking are you doing between photos?
