Hello,
This is a wonderful site with a wealth of information for men. I have been reading through the forum and just joined tonight. I have some questions I will list below but may ask in the Chat Room. Thanks for all!

I am a diabetic type 2 - diagnosed one year ago but surely have had it much longer. ED is profound; no erection whatsoever at any time. Oral medicines do not work. I tried injections, and they worked in the office, but, I just can't get it right at home. pretty much done with that. I bought a pump, and it works, but think I need to order the sleeves I learned about right on this site!

Questions:
1. I read about the "ride on" on this forum. They appear to be out of stock but my question is, How do wives accept this and how do you "introduce" it?
2. What exactly does the Prelude do? There is a scarcity of info on exactly what it is and what it does.

James:

Firstly, welcome to this clan- we are a diversified bunch of guys all fighting the same demon- ED.

The Prelude. I am here because of PCa and required robotic surgery. Did not find this group until I was some 4 years post-op. My surgeon, while brilliant, did not care about hard and I was 4 years behind the curve. A number of guys here said I should pump to preserve length, flexibility and begin a process of Penile Rehab. I really like the tool and it was a GREAT beginning for me!!! The device is a soft vac and not good for sex, but is very helpful. It will draw blood into your shaft and begins a process of rehab. It is not expensive and comes in 2 sizes depending on you girth not length. It has a clear cylinder and you can watch yourself grow to a nice firm erection. The instructions that come with the Prelude are complete and have drawings to assist you. It is a wonderful experience between your legs as well as between your ears. . . . The company is very customer friendly and can assist you if you need help. I did use them at first. It is not expensive and has a number of pluses. I HIGHLY recommend them and, if you get one, it has a number of functions for making life better.

Recommend you also check out the chat room and ask away. It is a great place and the experiences of the guys is amazing.

If you get a Prelude and have a question; please contact me and I will try to assist.

regards,

Dick

James, You asked about how wives accept their husbands using the Prelude. I told my wife about it right away, as soon as I got it. I demonstrated it for her and showed her the directions that came with it. She understands its purpose is to maintain healthy penile tissue. I work out with it pretty much every day for 15-20 minutes prior to my morning shower. She usually leaves me some privacy at this time, but sometimes she has to use the bathroom to put on makeup or brush her teeth before going somewhere, in which case I tell her to come on in, and I just continue as usual. No problem I think because I let her in on it right from the beginning. Philip
