Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised. He send only what He knows what we can endure. May His strength be your strength through this time of restoration. May He send at least one special angel to tend you His grace during this time. Rember the definition of faith as you recover.

I am really grateful to all you guys who gave me so much support during my recent treatment for anal cancer.

I am now about 6 weeks post-treatment and am feeling almost 100%. I have had a digital rectal exam and the radiation oncologist seemed to be pleased with the results (thank God - it was NOT an easy experience). But time will tell, and a CAT scan scheduled for November will be compared to one I had previous to treatment, and will give me an excellent idea of how it all went. All my dioctors are very encouraging, however.

Sex was not uppermost in my mind, to say the least, but feeling greatly improved, I masturbated yesterday, and again today. I was ready to ejaculate, but nothing came out!! Never happened to me before. I mentioned it to my medical oncologist yesterday, and , although he wasn't sure, he said he felt it was due to radiation and that I would recover in that departmen. I HOPE so. I miss my jizz!

Thanks again to all of you guys who have been so very supportive. This group is the best.

Bill:

Thanks for the report. I'm sure it has been an experienced to be missed unless absolutely necessary. . . . . But, it is over and we all trust the November tests will be good and clear. Glad the urge is returning and using him will be a good thing for both of you. Like Jeff, I don't create a "mess" any more but I don't miss that after thought. I guess continued testing is called for to see if the juice comes back on. Probably with the Rad there have been issues.

Now, enjoy yourself and the new found energy.

My Best,

Dick
