Houston, we have lift off!

Gentlemen, I can't tell you how normal our first sexual encounter was, all my sensations were normal, the blow job was spectacular, the PIV action incredible, orgasmed together which shook the house, wife says I felt no different stroking, in her mouth or in her pussy, orgasm came easily with no noticeable delay, didn't have to "work for it" at all. Wife said, if I didn't know you had the surgery I would not have known.

First time out so I didn't pump to the max, I pumped until it felt like my hardon used to feel in consideration for my wife and it was perfect. I will continue to pump to max once a day for cycling, but I see no need for having sex, though we did agree to experiment with different harnesses. When I pump to the max for cycling my penis starts to ache after a few minutes until at an hour I can't wait to deflate.

If you have been keeping up with this thread, Minnesota and I had the surgery on the same day, he is the 27 year old and I am 78 years old. Our healing has been nearly identical. We think posting our experiences will help others in their decision. I can honestly say, don't worry about losing feeling, neither of us did, don't worry about cumming, we did, don't worry about how wives or girlfriends are going to respond, neither of our partners could tell. An implant may not solve everyone's problems, but you certainly will not lose anything in the process.

Good luck to you all, don't worry so much, especially about size, I am within 1/8th inch in length and the same as I was in girth and my wife said she could not feel any difference. Go with a high-volume surgeon and you will be fine.

Wonderful, AmansinCali! I am happy for you and your wife man. Pumping to max still causes me to feel a slight discomfort, but it is actually not that bad anymore for me. Foreplay and BJ/HJs aren’t as fun for me, but I think that is just because I am not used to my penis fully yet. Or maybe because these are random partners and I am thinking a little too much on if they can notice anything. Whereas you are obviously 100% comfortable with your wife. So far, they have all been extremely pleased and it has been a lot of fun. I feel like I have my life back.

I can attest to AmansinCali on everything he said. This implant has increased my quality of life dramatically.

As for size, I am right back to where I was pre implant at 6 inches erect. Also, I am back in the gym, doing about half the weight at about 50% the intensity as my pre surgery workouts. Plan to increase 10% or so each week.

AmansinCali, question for you. How does your flaccid state look? I think mine is getting close to the point where if I was in the shower with other guys in the locker room, they wouldn’t notice. It is hanging at just above the 5oclock position and naturally bends toward the left. The crease, fold, dog ears (whatever you want to call it) doesn’t really bother me as much anymore.

Glad to hear you're having fun. What do you mean by "naturally" bends towards left? How much of a bend is it?

Just like many peoples penises hang to one side or the other, mine is no different now. Hangs slightly to the left.

8.5 WEEK UPDATE

Tomorrow will mark 60 days since I had my surgery. Since my last update, I haven’t been sexually active with anyone, so I have nothing more to add. As I said before, I have had sex 3 times. So far, not one girl has said or noticed a thing that I know of. My sensation is great. My libido was somewhat crushed naturally from the problems I had with ED for so long. Now, even if I am not that horny, if I give myself an erection, I usually get into it very quickly. It is quite a lot for the brain to process, I think. Going from basically knowing gyou are impotent and probably going to let yourself and your partner down, to having a penis that works on demand…. It is actually amazing. I think back to older gentleman who are n o longer with us who had this issue and either this wasn’t an option, they didn’t know about it, or had too much pride to do anything about it… My heart goes out to them. It is a strength to take action against this problem, not a weakness. My brain rewired itself to not want to have sex anymore after so many failed attempts. I can feel my libido sparking back up and being how it used to be again. I feel more alive again.

After my 3 week follow up, they deflated me and showed me how to use it. That was very painful as I have said. My first 10 days were brutal, but days 11-60 have been unreal how quickly I have healed and have changed not only sexually but especially mentally. I went from thinking I made a mistake and that I’d never get used to my new self, to forgetting about it and realizing I have my sex life back. The "what have I done" that kept creeping in is gone. I recently went on a date with a very beautiful, popular, and I’d say somewhat famous person with no issue at all. I never imagined I’d go into something like that before with confidence. My ED problem defined me, and it was just a monkey on my back. It never left me, it consumed me. I realized I was an extremely confident person who had so much figured out, but being told my problem was in my head year after year, relationship after relationship just crushed me. I fought so hard to keep my life going, to be confident, try with girls, try everything to beat this. Finally, I was told this was not a mental problem, it was medical. BEST DAY OF MY LIFE. Knowing it wasn’t mental and finally having answers. My friends told me they felt for me and loved me regardless, but they said its so nice to have the “old me” back again. They said I am even funnier, and more outgoing, and that they forgot how much they missed that. They said I didn’t completely change, but there was something off. And my ED was definitely my issue. It literally feels like I went back in time the 8-9 years before I ever had any issues. I struggled for all those years but am myself again. That being said, if the MAYO, the best hospital in the world would have confirmed that my problem was mental this last go around, I would have accepted it and still took action with this implant. At the end of the day, who cares what is causing it. It is happening, and you keep trying and trying and nothing works… Do something about it! You are not the only one. You aren’t sooo unlucky where nobody understands. This forum is a blessing because I finally realized that I am not crazy, and there are solutions. You are just one less success story until you make the jump.

I am now 8.5 weeks in, and I am back to my full workout routine. I am back to work, I sleep great, wear any clothes I want (sometimes double up on underwear if wearing tighter Lulu jogger pants that are lighter colored or something at the gym). Sometimes I need to adjust a little more or switch up what I wear or how I wear things. Especially with the titan, you really are a shower, and it is definitely a much harder flaccid. That was a huge concern of mine because I didn’t want people to think I had a chubby in the shower. Directly after surgery, my flaccid was sitting at 3 o clock. Seemed like a boner to me! That anxiety subsided as things got better every day. My flaccid now sits at around 5 o clock. If you imagine a normal flaccid that rests on your balls, mine is maybe just a tiny bit higher than that, like 1 cm gap between my shaft and balls. I don’t think people could tell. Put it this way, I wouldn’t shy away from showering around other people at this point. My penis looks normal. My flaccid is much bigger than it was (see signature). My erection is about 6 inches, which I am thinking I am almost exactly at pre implant length, and if not, then I am actually just slightly bigger, and my girth is definitely girthier. The only slight issue I have is my glans aren’t as hard. I guess they call this floppy head, which makes sense because it does kind of flop if I move my erection around quick you can feel it, or when entering a woman it doesn’t slide in as easy as it used to, but it looks normal and is still engorged. This is not a major issue. Not the end of the world, and all the sensation is still there. I am considering a very small dose of Cialis each morning to possibly help the issue, which some people have discussed here on FT.

For any of those following along, I apologize for the gap in time for my update. Life has been busy, and things have been good, so I haven’t been obsessing about going on FT to read. I know that is a good thing for me, but I will be better, as it would be selfish of me at this point to not keep people informed and just simply doing my best to advocate. This has given much of my life back. If you are on the fence, just do it. I truly think for most, the pros outweigh any cons. Just make sure you are with a skilled surgeon. All medical professionals are skilled, but I believe finding the right surgeon is important. It is a process that takes diligence, patience, time, resources, and headaches, but it is something that caused a little pain for an immense, life-changing gain.

Best!

11 WEEK UPDATE

Today marks 11 weeks and 2 days (79 days total) since I had my surgery. Since my last update at 8.5 weeks, I have been sexually active with two people, including an ex gf! Lol. I’ve had sex with 5 different girls now since being implanted. 1 of them let me go for an hour. This is not only a cure for ED, but if you’re prone to cumming quickly as well, there’s no stopping you until you want to! Also, not saying that’s cool to sleep with 5 girls or that it is a lot, just want to give these details because I think back to how it felt when I used to be able to have sex with my past gfs, or random hookups whenever I wanted. Just feeling extremely confident like how us males were designed to be. Attract women and Vice verse, reproduce, etc. Then have it all stolen from you. It’s was a terrible 9 years dealing with it. However, things have changed dramatically. I haven’t been trying to have sex or anything, just being myself and getting out there to the bars and stuff. The difference now versus then is my confidence and libido. I actually have my eyes open for sex, not shy away from it. Before I didn’t have that and now I do.

I find that when showering with guys at work or the hockey rink, I feel slightly off thinking they might think I have a chub, but I now believe I was overthinking because I’ve asked multiple friends now and all they said it just looks like I’m hung, but not a chubby. I did have two concerns to address to my Doctors I will mention that might help others here.. here’s what I bright up to them.

1.) my flaccid hangs to the left, especially in my tighter work pants because it’s forced to go one way or the other, which creates a dog ear on one side. The constant pushing my penis to the left has caused it to really hang that way on its own now. I was concerned this would possibly cause wear and tear on the one side of the cyclinder being it’s just to that one side constantly.

- it would not cause more wear and tear and it’s fine.

2.) second concern was that my head/glans are slightly softer and floppy during sex.

- Prescribed me a cialis pill 5mg daily which will help bring more blood flow to the glans and also even help with any sensitivity and feeling I may have lost. I don’t feel I lost any, but it definitely did help my glans during sex.

I am back to all activities. I workout however I want besides a few exercises where I may feel it more in the reservoir area. I use my implant everyday, so I am a high volume user for sure. As much as I only want to use it just a few days a week to help the life of my implant (if that truly even helps) I can’t find myself doing it and most likely won’t as I am loving this way too much. Best thing that’s happened to me and I hope it lasts me for many years. I haven’t measured but obviously my flaccid is way bigger, and I think my erection
Is slightly bigger now, definitely more girth.

Minnesota#2,

Nice to see your post Minnesota, I keep seeing questions from the younger guys and you are the perfect person to answer questions for them.

Minnesota and I were implanted on the same day and it has been great comparing our progress, he is 27 and I am 78, but it is amazing our experiences have been nearly identical.

I am very happy with my Titan implant also; it seems like the more my wife and I use it the better it gets. The pumping difficulties are no longer a problem, pumping just gets easier and easier with use. My wife's acceptance has been phenomenal, she still claims she doesn't feel a difference between before and after implant and her orgasms seem stronger and last longer, so she is happy. Minnesota is right, I am able to last pretty much as long as I want but coming to climax when I want is no problem at all. Our hour-long sessions are long past us, my 76 year old wife is not in the same condition she was when she was the age of Minnesota's girlfriends, we are just happy we can go at it 2 or 3 times a week without out worry of having a limp dick to ruin it for us.

So far, I have no regrets at all and the device is operating just the way it was designed. I have my original length and girth, so no complaints there either.
Used Viagra & Cialis until lost vision in one eye due to AION, therefore can never use pills again, then tri-mix 1 1/2 years until unreliable. Implanted 9/20/22 at 77 years old by Dr. Yafi, UC Irvine. Married 55 years wife 76. 20cm Coloplast Titan.

AmansinCali, please continue to also share your updates on here like I am because we basically started it together. I will actually change the title if you don’t mind. I thought it was beneficial seeing a side-by-side comparison given we had the operation on the same day and our different ages. I have been seeing a lot of young guys post too where a lot of what they are wondering or are experiencing is discussed in this post.

I am glad to hear how well things are going for you and your wife! You are right, using the pump by inflating and also deflation are like putting shoes on in the morning now. It is so easy. Knowing you will perform every time is amazing. Nobody has to live that way, no matter your age. It is just a number, right AmansinCali?

Hey Minnesota#2,

How are the floppy glans doing? Also what effects do you notice as a result of them? Do you feel like your implant tips are not centered, and do they poke or cause any pain/discomfort during sex?

Was any other option other than Cialis discussed as a treatment for the floppy glans?

I've dealing with some glans hypermobility/floppy glans, although perhaps more extreme then what you're experiencing, and it can definitely cause pain/discomfort during sex. Cialis/Viagra does make things better, but it's still really not ideal and not something I was anticipating after Implant surgery. I'm just wondering if there are any other options out there other than just taking oral meds, but it might be all we've got right now.

Thanks,
CB

Dealing with glans hypermobility, tips are uneven, poke in to me during sex and while flaccid, causing discomfort.
