So really in truly then for someone like me where I can get good erections occasionally but have problems maintaining, pills dont work well, and rings dont work at all.. theres not really a good option
spend your money to find a doctor to avoid an implant, don't get too excited here, like what happened to me, the implant is full of pitfalls, get it when your dick is really dead

If Pills arent working well and I can only get reasonably hard by myself or for a few minutes whats the point?
Its worrying that you went with a well renowned surgeon as well. I thought the success rate was really high.
