The Titan was good when it worked, it has its pro's and cons, krinkly feel in flaccid state, squeaky pump when pumping, dog ears and per the wife not a natural feel. The good is that I could have an erection again. The AMS is more natural feeling, no krinkly feel, no dog ears, quiet pump and the wife says it feels more natural. This is my observations.
why did you switch drs for the 2nd implant?
did the titan feel natural to you while erect?
I switched Drs because he couldn't get me in, probably still wouldn't be installed. He is a very good surgeon but I did not want to wait that long. I found the 2nd surgeon through EDcure and is a Center of Excellence, just like the original surgeon. The Titan felt to me natural but I know it was never that hard in its natural state, the AMS is no different, this is my perspective. The Titan I could get to 35 pumps, so far with the AMS I started at 7-8 pumps for erection but now I am up to 21, I think that is a little much as the wife will complain, but you are not going to bend it either.
