Just one question cause I'll do my implant tomorrow. When you do perito exercise, do you bend your penis all way down/up/left/right or just slightly?
Because with a natural dick it seems impossible, looks like I gonna break something (just slightly bent)

Thanks Nico. I bend it all the way, in all four directions as far as I can, holding in that position for as long as I can tolerate. Which is usually about 5 to 10 seconds at this stage. My surgeon demonstrated it that way (using my dick , then got me to try it) and also said to focus on the downward position in particular. He didn't say why, but I try and hold the down position a bit longer. I usually do the whole Perito/bending routine at least twice during each cycling session. It's less painful if you do it slowly, and how far you can bend your dick is a self governing thing. You will know when it's too much. Early recovery/cycling it's uncomfortable but I can now hold longer and bend further. I figured if the doctor wants me to do it and he didn't break anything, then I won't either. Good luck with your surgery!

Probably not the best climax I've ever had but it was good enough, so I'll take the win :). Took forever to get there and still quite a lot of discomfort at times, mixed with periods of intense pleasure. The pain is very slowly diminishing, and I'm thrusting better and for much longer before I either have to slow down or take a break. Pumped to the max. my erections are even harder now, if that's possible, so the aggressive cycling must be paying off. I also managed to not slip out at all this time. I'm happy to have tentatively started fucking properly again after more than 3 years, hopefully it continues 8-).

Congrats, LGXdownunder! Your recovery and progression seem to be the gold standard for what's possible.
I'm 6 weeks behind you (2 weeks post-op) and nagging my wife for some, but she unfortunately heard the surgeon say "something about 4-6 weeks" (actually for maximum activation), so there's some good-natured pressure happening.

Thanks Dog, My wife is very trusting that I'm giving her the correct information. I'm lucky she didn't ask to come to my post op appointments ;).
In all seriousness try and wait it out if you can. Based on my own experience sex is likely to not be that great the first couple of times, YMMV.
Even the best fuck I've had so far had its ups and downs, but at least had a happy ending.

9 Week Post Op Update
Everything continues to go well and erection comfort levels are slowly improving. When flaccid there is now rarely any discomfort, twinges etc.
I really only notice the implant when I'm in public somewhere and try to keep my bulge in check, which can be awkward, so I usually just let it do its own thing. With the extra length and a slight bend in my dick I've noticed that I now involuntarily dress to the right .

I'm now cycling 3 times a day on most days. A short 10-15 minute session morning and evening, and a long session during the day of 45 minutes to an hour. I'm retired so I can generally manage that schedule unless going out somewhere. I aim for absolute maximum inflation level during cycling, as I figure it will stretch both my own tissue and the implant cylinders to their maximum limits over time. It does become very uncomfortable after about 40 minutes but I've noticed a very gradual reduction in discomfort. I was previously getting to that point after 30 minutes.

PIV sex is into week 3 and improving. I still have discomfort but tried an experiment a couple of days ago. I was always inflating to maximum for sex but I tried it at 85-90% inflation and it was way better. I could still maintain thrusting without slipping out. In fact I found that I was getting out of breath rather than the implant being a limitation. So had to stop for that reason a few times. I also orgasmed better with the improved comfort level. Just need to get my fitness back.

That said I finally got back on the bike earlier in the week. I had clearance for that a few weeks back but was waiting for stitches on my left leg to heal, as I had a small skin cancer excised from there. I only rode 15 or 16 km, which is my usual local ride these days. I had no issues with the cylinders or pump pressing or rubbing on the saddle. It felt quite normal other than my sit bones were getting sore because I haven't ridden for 10 weeks. Mentally I was a bit anxious wondering what would happen if I had a mishap, but all went well.

I also jumped in our pool a few times over the past week as I was cleared for swimming as well. Again no issues except that we are now heading towards our winter and the water is very chilly. But I can confirm that shrinkage is a thing of the past! :D

So overall I remain very happy with how everything is going, and currently have no doubts that I made the right decision.

Great update LGXdownunder, it sounds like you are on the same journey that I was at that time when I was healing.
It definitely gets way way better down the road, keep putting your Bionic Dick in to check the oil. :D
Yes, the sit bones take time to get back after being off the bike for so long. Hey :!: are you on the Strava bike app? I'd love to connect with you on the app and keep up with your bike cycling, I'm connected with several FrankTalk brothers on Strava, in Genoa, Italy, Houston, Texas, Dallas, Texas and New York City.

Keep getting better,

As always, fantastic information.
Curiosity question. When in flaccid state do you leave your penis a little pumped up or is it totally deflated?
I keep hearing people saying that they now have a noticeable bulge in their trousers when ‘at rest’.
Not sure if that is a good thing.

Thanks SWorks17, I'm in it for the long haul and happy to wait for everything to completely fall into place.
But I'm pleased that I'm seeing some progress and already able to use my bionic dick :).

Unfortunately I'm not on Strava. I used to have a Garmin Edge 200 on one bike, connected to its own proprietary software.
I haven't used it for some years but was recording rides back then. I actually just found it and put it on charge, hopefully it still works.
I don't know if that can work with Strava but I'll have a look. My riding has become much less frequent in recent years for various reasons including knee problems and the effects of prostate cancer surgery. I also used to run a lot but that is no longer possible due to a total knee replacement 18 months ago. So I try and walk and hike as much as possible, and trying to get back into bike cycling a bit more. Two of my three bikes currently need servicing to get them ride-worthy. I'm currently riding an older Montague folder that I bought secondhand, basically the same as the current Paratrooper Express (stripped down version of the US military model). It's set up for road use with slick tyres, so I'm riding that until I get my road bike back in order, as well as my dual suspension MTB.

Thanks Wodjathat. No I don't usually leave it partially pumped, although another FT brother has told me that doing that can help with post RRP continence issues (which I still suffer from occasionally). So I will probably experiment with that. I was always a grower but post op, and especially since I started cycling the implant a few weeks ago, I've very noticeably become a shower, i.e. much larger flaccid than I've ever been in my life. That seems to be a fairly common outcome of IPP surgery, although some guys report the opposite. Similar to many others, even when I'm completely flaccid it causes an obvious bulge in most of my clothing. I'm actually enjoying it as I always felt a bit inadequate unless completely erect. Whether or not it's a good thing probably depends on individual circumstances.

Great to hear Mate!
I had two total knee replacements February 2023 and January 2024, so they call me the 12 Million Dollar Man now! 13 Million Dollar Man with my Bionic Dick too! But my cycling friends don't know about that secret weapon!
I use to run a lot too in my younger years, I loved running but now cycling is fun and it still helps me keep in shape.
You can use your phone with the Strava, just get you a cell phone holder off of Amazon that you can mount on your handle bar stem.
You don't have to use your old Garmin, but I like using mine with the phone, it downloads to my phone after I finish the ride on my Garmin 830.
Keep checking the oil with your new Bionic Dick and hopefully I'll see you on Strava someday!

 I'm starting to feel like a bionic human too. We are slowly replacing our entire bodies bit by bit!
I don't generally advertise my bionic weapon but have told a couple of mates and two of my brothers.
You are brave doing the knees separately, thankfully my other knee is still OK. I have a friend who had a bilateral knee replacement last year as he couldn't bear the thought of going through the recovery twice. I should have thought of using the phone, just that the old Garmin was still sitting here and takes up very little real estate on the bike. My wife and I are both planning to upgrade our phones very soon so I'll look at installing Strava then.
